A Customer Service Point (CSP), or CSC or sometimes called a Digital Mitra is a retail agent hired by the company or bank to provide e-governance services or digital services as well as banking services at locations other than a government office or bank branch or ATM, acting as a mini-bank or Jan Seva Kendra or Common Service Center for basic transactions and financial services including e-Governance services. Digital Public Seva is providing franchisee as the Digital CSP i.e. complete e-Governance center

Basic Features of the Digital CSP

• All type of government or private sector services  which are displaying on this website,  are available at the Digital CSP.
• Banking transactions i.e. withdrawal & money transfer through AEPS, Micro ATM & DMT, Aadhar Pay are available at Digital CSP.
• Courier booking services are available at the Digital CSP.
• Insurance & Investment services, demat account & DSC (Digital Signature Certificates) are also available at the Digital CSP.
• NPS (National Pension System) & UPS (unified Pension System) are availabe for govt employees, private & corporate sector.

• Registration & training charges of Digital CSP is Rs 5900 including GST
• No renewal charges for active Digital CSP.
