  • Role of Digital CSP is based on an ideal customer service point delivering cheapest & qualitative services in the area.
  • Digital Mitra, CSP Mitra & referrer are the supporting hand to the Digital CSP.
  • Support & supervision of Digital CSP will be provided through the District coordinator & Relationship Manager.
  • Any Indian citizen having a good computer knowledge and experience in the sector of e-governance can join as Digital CSP.
  • Same day onboarding with eKYC is available
  • Registration & training charges of Digital CSP is Rs 5900
  • No renewal charges for active Digital CSP.
  • Renewal charges will be applied for inactive Digital CSP.
  • Online training & support system is available on no extra charges.
  • Input & delivery of services is the basic function of Digital CSP.
  • The incentive for each activity is pre defined and will be credited in the wallet regularly
