• Role of a District CSP / e-Office is as a District coordinator or Team Leader.  e-office is managed by Digital Public Seva  server and located in the district.  .
• Registration, onboarding & training charges of District CSP / e-Office is Rs 1180
• Refundable security amount is 20000 for District CSP.
• Same day onboarding with eKYC is available.
• No renewal charges / No hidden charges for active District coordinator.. 
• Online training & support system is available on no extra charges. 
• Team Leadership, coordination, business growth, sales & service. Troubleshooting, issue resolving, Operations & delivery of services is the basic roll of District CSP.  
• The incentive for each activity is pre defined and will be credited in the wallet regularly.
• User id will be blocked without prior notice at any time if found any type of involvement in anti-social activities.

Digital CSP / Digital Seva Kendra

• Digital CSP is the basic unit of the team & network capping at Tehsil / Taluka / sub District / city level as a single user.
• Role of Digital CSP is as an ideal customer service point delivering cheapest & qualitative digital services in the area. 
• Digital Mitra, CSP Mitra & referrer are the supporting hand to the Digital CSP.
• Support & supervision of Digital CSP will be provided through the District CSP & Relationship Manager (RM). 
• Any Indian citizen having a good computer knowledge and experience in the sector of e-governance can join as Digital CSP. 
• Same day onboarding with eKYC is available
• Registration & training charges of Digital CSP is Rs 1180
• No renewal charges for active Digital CSP.
• Security amount for Digital CSP is 10000. 
• Online training & support system is available on no extra charges. 
• Input & delivery of services is the basic function of Digital CSP. 
• The incentive for each activity is pre defined and will be credited in the wallet regularly 
• User id will be blocked without prior notice at any time if found any type of involvement in anti-social activities. 
• Terms & conditions will be revised applied on a revised basis

Digital Mitra

• Digital Mitra is the backbone of the team.
• Any Indian citizen working as a CSC or bank mitra or other computer related work can join us as a Digital Mitra
• Role of Digital Mitra is just like a customer service point located at village level. 
• Support & supervision of Digital Mitra will be provided through the Digital CSP & District CSP.  
• Registration & training charges of Digital Mitra is Rs 1180
• Same day onboarding with eKYC is available.
• No renewal charges for active Digital Mitra.
• No security amount is payable.
• Online training & support system is available on no extra charges. 
• Input & delivery of digital services is the basic function of Digital Mitra. 
• The incentive for each activity is pre defined and will be credited in the wallet regularly.
• User id will be blocked without prior notice at any time if found any type of involvement in anti-social activities. 
• Terms & conditions will be applied on a monthly revised basis.  

CSP Operator 

• CSP Mitra is the team worker of Digital CSP located in the center.. 
• Role of CSP Mitra is limited to work under guidance of Digital CSP.
• Any Indian citizen having a little bit of computer knowledge can join as CSP Mitra.  
• Support & supervision of Digital Mitra will be provided through the Digital CSP. . 
• Registration & training charges of Digital Mitra is Rs 1180
• Same day onboarding with eKYC is available
• No renewal charges for active CSP Mitra.
• Online training & support system is available on no extra charges. 
• Input & delivery of services is the basic function of CSP Mitra. 
• The incentive for each activity is pre defined and will be credited in the wallet regularly. 
• User id will be blocked without prior notice at any time if found any type of involvement in anti-social activities. 
• Terms & conditions will be applied on a monthly revised basis.  

Nagar Mitra / Referrer

• A Nagar Mitra / Referrer is the individual wandering as a social worker in the surroundings. .  
• Role of Nagar Mitra is to provide door step services to the customers and genrate more leads to the Digital CSP.   
• Support & supervision of Nagar Mitra will be provided by the Digital CSP. . 
• Registration & training charges of a Nagar Mitra is Rs 1180
• Any Indian citizen having an interest in social work can join as a referrer. No qualification or vehicle is required
• Same day onboarding with eKYC is available
• No renewal charges for active Referrers.
• Online training & support system is available on no extra charges. 
• The incentive for each activity is pre defined and will be credited in the wallet regularly.
• User id will be blocked without prior notice at any time if found any type of involvement in anti-social activities. 
• Terms & conditions will be applied on a revised basis
