Manager in Digital Marketing

Salary : 6.0 Lac per Annum plus Incentive
Qualification : (Minimum) Graduate in any stream, MBA in marketing is preferable.
Experience : Minimum 1 Year as a Team Leader
This is permanent Job but on target based.
Pension, Fund, Leaves, Increment and other benefit will be provided as per agreement.
This job is based on work from home, No need to come on duty in office.
Company will provide some neccessary training & support online.
Office timing 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Duty & Target
Do the digital marketing on social media and reply the query for lead generation.
Create, Manage and lead the team of 5 Dy Managers in Digital Marketing for the same work. 5 Leads for each Dy Manager.
Minimum 30 leads of District CSP in a month or 6 lac business is the minimum target for the team.
Manage & prepare the content on web pages & social media in text, image or Video format.
What is District CSP?
Company is providing Digital Services to the common people pan India.
Company provides franchisee as Digital CSP and other designations.
Company is appointing District CSP for each district in pan India. Who will lead and manage the business in the district.
